One-Day Strategic Planning Retreat:
During this one-day strategic planning retreat, we start by looking at the organization of your business. This allows us to get a lay of the land, so we understand exactly what you and your business need. Don’t worry, we won’t just be nitpicking the problem areas, we’ll show you how to improve on what you’re doing well, too. We will use a number of different assessments, which should be completed by you, your partners, and your employees (essentially, everyone involved in your business) in order to look at your business and then start making achievable goals for your business.
Once we know what areas you want to work on, we can start developing a short, one-page plan for the next full year. This will not just cover what you want to achieve, but all of the values, goals, and assessment results that will help guide your decision-making process and keep you and your team aligned. You won’t just jot down general goals that you want to achieve. You will write very specific, very clear, very achievable action-items that will tangibly improve your business.
Monthly Half-Day Workshops:
Every month, your leadership team (all those involved in this program) will meet together for a half-day workshop. We find that it is extremely valuable to pull our executives out of their everyday lives and give them a very set, predefined slot of time to discuss progress, ask for help, and develop new plans or make adjustments to old plans. This half-day workshop will be spent meeting with your peers and coach, reporting progress, supporting one another, and making specific and actionable plans for the next quarter, which is extremely valuable to your business.
Leadership Team:
Why do we make our executives meet in a group? This isn’t group therapy, is it? Not exactly. It does share one important aspect with group therapy, however: peer accountability. For some people, the thought of having to go back and report no progress or regress to a group of their peers is enough motivation to keep them moving forward. It is also extremely valuable to get the reactions and opinions of your peers in a structured communication environment.
Access to a Coach:
The insights of the Entre Results Coach are extremely valuable to any business that is struggling or is thriving but wants to continue to better itself.
