About Damian Gerke (ACC, CPTD)
Damian is a leadership coach, author and learning and development professional. He works with Houston-based coaching firm EntreResults, serving businesses with leadership coaching, strategic planning and leadership development.
He has served a broad range of clients in his coaching experience, from small business startups to Fortune 500 companies, both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, specializing in leadership development. He’s also worked in a corporate HR role, designing the leadership development initiatives for a company that twice made Inc.’s Fastest 5000 list during his time there.
Damian Gerke
He is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association for Talent Development, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. He is also certified to conduct and debrief the Harrison Behavioral Assessment, the leading instrument on the market today for predicting, assessing and develop leadership behavior. His diverse background as a corporate human resources leader, vocational pastor and aerospace design engineer on the B-2 stealth bomber have uniquely prepared him to speak to issues surrounding leadership, team dynamics and individual performance and fulfillment.
He's the author of four books, including Are You Who You Want to Be: How Knowing Your Identity Lets You Live Your True Purpose (early 2023), as well as Taking the Lead: What Riding a Bike Can Teach You About Leadership. Damian also contributes relevant content regularly on LinkedIn. He lives in St. Petersburg, FL with his wife Cheryl, and enjoys cycling and writing as a hobby.
